AEM will be showcasing its full-stack, end-to-end capabilities and solutions with live demos and presentations to visitors
Singapore, 2 November 2021 – AEM, a global leader in test and handling solutions, will participate in SEMICON Taiwan 2021. The event, co-organized by SEMI and TSIA, will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, from 28th to 30th December.
AEM will showcase its latest technologies and innovative solutions for semiconductor and electronics testing, particularly its system level test (SLT) and automatic test equipment (ATE) solutions, which are aimed to address evolving technology needs in testing for manufacturers.
As a key highlight, AEM will present a live demo of the M5S-HD tester, its ATE solution that is designed to meet the market demand for affordable and efficient testers. The M5S-HD tester targets industries including mobility, consumer, computing, and automotive.
In addition, customers will also be invited to an exclusive look into the company's next-gen SLT solutions, which are built to ensure full test coverage of chips more reliably at a quicker pace.
