NPI was founded and incorporated in 2002.

Since 2014 NPI has been creating, developing, producing and supplying advanced high and ultra high purity materials.

We specialize in the design and purification of chemicals used in semiconductor and atomic industries.

NPI is one of the few manufacturers of ultra pure materials. NPI develops and produces precursors mainly for Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) or Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) used in semi-conductor industry and advanced materials used in atomic industry for stable isotopes separation.

Among our products are: PDMAT, TDMAT, HCDS, HCDSO, SiBr4, TEMAH, TEMAZ etc.

    • TEOS is mainly used as a crosslinking agent in silicone polymers and as a precursor to silicon dioxide in the semiconductor industry.[3]

    TEOS is also used as the silica source for synthesis of some zeolites.
