ANTS succeeded to debut Taiwan’s first magnetic rotary feedthrough in 2003. ANTS enrolled a series of magnetic rotary feedthroughs to provide vacuum equipment users and vendors an independent brand-new source. ANTS possess a complete set of diverse capabilities, from manufacturing, maintenance to development and test to provide commercial and specific Magnetic Rotary Feedthrough customization and maintenance services.
ANTS produces high-precision equipment, including of contact angle analyzer (VCA), magnetic rotary feedthroughs, and rotating cathode target ends (EndBlock). From design, manufacturing, assembling, to maintenance, ANTS owns a complete knowledge base and can customize products for features. ANTS products are widely used in the electronic equipment Industry and have good reputation and reliability.
ANTS represented French Annealsys products, world leading of Rapid Thermal Processing and Direct Liquid Injection Deposition systems. Many famous laboratories worldwide are using for the development of future semiconductor, photovoltaic and nanotechnologies components.
