Overview
We are a manufacturer of analytical instruments and currently mainly engaged in the development, production and sale of analytical instruments for thermal desorption spectrometry (TDS).
TDS is a mass spectrometer that monitors gases generated from the surface of a material by heating the material in an ultra-high vacuum so that the impurities on the surface can be evaluated and the components of the material can be examined.
It is currently used for materials research, for the evaluation of manufacturing processes, and for quality control in many fields such as semiconductors, liquid crystals, organic EL, electricity, steel, automobiles, and ceramics.
