  KT FFKM主要用於製造任何類型的彈性密封件，例如O型環、墊片、法蘭墊片等，可用於機械密封、壓縮機、閥件、接頭、半導體產業廠務端及生產設備上。長時間接觸化學品而導致的膨脹和彈性恢復不良是密封失效的常見原因。由 FFKM材質製成的密封件的特性降低了晶圓產量損失，同時降低了保養和運轉中斷的頻率。

     KT FFKM is a new perfluoroelastomer offering outstanding thermal resistance, lower compression set and enhanced sealing-force retention at extreme temperature. It is suitable for most applications at temperature ranging from -10 to 315 ℃. Along with excellent thermal resistance, KT FFKM can offer broad chemical resistance in a wide variety of media, including acids, caustics, ketones, aldehydes, esters, ethers, alcohols, solvents, sour gases and hydrocarbons. This unique combination of thermal and chemical resistance makes KT FFKM the sealing material of the best choice for semiconductor manufacturing industries.

     Besides, its extreme cleanliness (low metal ion content with low extractables), superior thermal stability and plasma resistance, making KT FFKM a very suitable sealing material for dry (etching, PECVD, LPCVD, PVD, ALD, plasma cleans) and high temperature thermal processes in semiconductor manufacturing industry. The primary use of KT FFKM is manufacture of any kind of elastomeric sealing elements such as O-rings, gaskets and flanges. These sealing elements can be used in mechanical seals, compressors, valves, connectors, factories in semiconductor industry and manufacturing equipment.              

     Swelling due to prolonged chemical exposure and poor elastic recovery are frequent causes of seal failure. The reliability of seals made of FFKM results in reduced wafer yield loses and lowered frequency of maintenance and operations disruptions.

   半氟化VITON橡膠有很好的抗熱、抗化學品、抗油、抗溶劑等特性；抗氧化、抗臭氧及抗燃燒性能良好。但容易受酮類、聯胺類、無水阿摩尼亞及skydrol（磷酸鹽脂）等流體侵蝕，必須更換其他材質之產品補強處裡以得較好的品質。FKM設計用於必須滿足特定氟橡膠規格的密封裝置，除了其他氟橡膠典型的耐熱與耐化性之外，FKM在加工和流變性部分也有顯著的提升，主要用於高科技相關產業，例如:密封、墊片、膜片、幫浦葉輪、管路及高度真空腔體、輻射線等設備上。

     FKM (VITON) O-RING has excellent resistance to heat, chemicals, oils, solvents, etc. Besides, it has good resistance to oxidation, ozone and combustion. However, it is easy to be etched by ketones, diamines, anhydrous ammonia, skydrol (phosphate ester) and other fluids, and reinforcement is necessary to achieve high quality. FKM (VITON) is designed for sealing devices that must meet specific fluoroelastomer specifications. In addition to the heat and chemical resistance characteristics typical of other fluoroelastomers, FKM (VITON) offers significant improvements in processing and rheology. This product is mainly used in seal, gasket, diaphragm, pump impeller, pipeline, high-vacuum and radiation equipment, etc.

  KT FVMQ是一種氟矽橡膠，這種材料具有FKM和有機矽的優點，因為有機矽結構具有更多的三氟丙基。特性與矽膠  相似，它具有耐高溫性，優異的耐氧性和耐臭氧性，適用於靜態密封。每項產品均採用弱鹼性溶液進行超聲波清洗、並用烘箱乾燥，然後在無塵室中進行包裝。KT FVMQ抗電氣性質佳、壓縮變形量低、高抗臭氧及抗天候，是性價比極高的特殊用途材料，主要應用於密封、膜片及O型環。

     KT FVMQ is a fluorosilicone. This material has the advantages of FKM and silicone because silicone structure has more trifluoropropyl. The mechanical properties are similar with silicone. It has high temperature resistance, excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone, and it’s suitable for static sealing. Each product applied a weak alkaline solution for washing with ultrasonic cleaning and dried by ovens, and then packaged in clean rooms. Its electrical resistance is nice, and it has low compression deformation and resistance to ozone and weather. It’s good value for the money for special purpose, which is mainly use for sealing, diaphragm and O-rings.
