ST Corporation has 20 years experience in the field of semiconductors and has total services related to semiconductor equipment, especially RTP equipment. In addition, we are developing and supplying various environmental safety products for safety in the semiconductor and general industrial fields. One of them, Spot type Gas Leak Monitoring System(GLMS), is being delivered and installed to a large Korean semiconductor company (H company).
