Overview
PMT CORPORATION is established in 1991 as a trading company specialized in semiconductor producing machine.
After that, we switched to a manufacturer by the trigger of acquiring ultra precision axis control technology.
For the sake of meeting user's demands, we have developed various business such as contracted machining precision parts,
designing and manufacturing FA system, and contracted producing semiconductor package.
Recently, we are involved in constructing production line or supporting introduce AGV and AMR with utilizing robot control technology.
Package Foundry is a new business to PMT, active since 2019.
What is PMT Package Foundry?
1. We specialize in small production of FOWLP and WLCSP.
2. We manufacture Cu rewiring packages that utilize wafer fab technology and plating technology.
3. We have experience in packaging compound semiconductors other than silicon.
4. Our RDLs are formed by SAP (Semi Additive Process) and are accurate to a few microns.
