Beijing NAURA Microelectronics Equipment Co.,Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of NAURA Technology Group Co., Ltd., which formed through a strategic restructuring between Beijing Sevenstar Electronics Co., Ltd. and Beijing North Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (both founded in 2001). NAURA Microelectronics is a comprehensive semiconductor equipment provider in China, whose products cover a wide range of processes including Plasma Etcher, PVD, CVD, ALD, Oxidation/Diffusion Furnace, Wet Clean Station, Gas Mass Flow Controller and other core equipment and components for IC manufacturing, advanced packaging, LED, MEMS, Power IC, Semi Compound and other semiconductor-related areas.
