Chenfull Value Engineering Program - High Efficiency Scrubber is an efficient and flexible solution for wet scrubbing particularly of corrosive gases with a high dust load in processes with varying gas volumes.The solution is constructed from highly durable materials to ensure a long lifespan and is available in a variety of configurations to meet different process requirements and plant layout arrangements.

The concept emanated from the application of Cyclone + Venturi Scrubber, owing to the excellent performance of intercepting droplet has been manifested in the wet process of local scrubber.

Utilizing the rotating accelerated exhaust to bump the interior surface of the scrubber, as well as taking advantage of centrifugal force effect with "condensation nucleation" theory to reform the tiny droplets as larger ones to achieve the purpose of waste collection.

Characteristics:  

A: Tapered exit: The short flow phenomenon will be reduced when airflow enters to washing layer by accelerating the flow into the scrubber to bump its interior surface.

B: Deflector 1: Located between the tapered exit and the washing layer, the airflow will be equally entered to the washing layer after rectifying the lower disordered exhaust.

C: Deflector 2: Located between the upper and lower washing layers, the opening area is 60-85%, the diameter of the holes is gradually increased from interior to exterior; the watering film will be formed on deflector in the upper layer. In addition, the exhaust flow will be forced to merge the scrubber water to increase its overall clean efficiency.
