ACENANOCHEM is one of the Colloidal Silica Sol specialized company which is the first company in Korea to commercialized the Colloidal Silica for CMP process in semiconductor business. Since establishment in 1999, we are manufacturing a various of products such as slurry for Semiconductor device, Silicon Wafer application and a wide range of polishing applications as well that need to be high quality performance.
Under sustainable growth, ACENANOCHEM is introducing advanced products to a various application field by using our separate ways.
