HIT's non-contact power transmission ultrasonic-assisted machining module is compatible with traditional CNC machine tool spindles and their automatic tool-changing systems. It can upgrade traditional metal processing CNC machine tools into precision processing equipment for advanced materials. This includes processing difficult-to-cut materials such as ceramics (alumina, zirconia), quartz, Si/SiC, sapphire, ceramic composites, and hard alloys. It effectively enhances tool life, processing efficiency, and workpiece quality in CNC machining. Industrial applications include semiconductors, 5G communications, optoelectronics, aerospace, biomedical, electric vehicles, precision machinery, and precision components.
Over the past four years, HIT's ultrasonic-assisted machining modules have been successfully integrated into over 30 international machine tool brands for end customers worldwide. They have been introduced to end customers in industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, optics, and electronics in the United States, Japan, Australia, Turkey, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and other regions. The modules have demonstrated significant benefits in improving tool life, enhancing processing efficiency, and reducing workpiece edge chipping.
