About ONANO INDUSTRIAL CORP.
Founded in 2004, ONANO is the first professional optoelectronic glass thinning manufacturing service company in Taiwan. Now that the semiconductor industry is booming, ONANO actively transform towards the direction of industrial development.
ONANO began to invest in the development of semiconductor substrate-related technologies in 2019, and applied low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) to achieve a feasible solution for heterogeneous integration.
After three years of research and development, the current development capability for LTCC ceramic substrates has reached the stage of mass production.In addition, LTCC's integration solution can develop corresponding products according to customer needs.
In the past two years, it has been providing corresponding services for high-frequency circuit and high-power IC customer groups.
In the future, ONANO will further develop towards highly integrated system IC packaging and design, in order to provide customers with high-quality, complete and fast product services.
