YMT CO., LTD was established in 1999 and has been dedicated to the development of specialty chemicals and materials for the printed circuit board, optoelectronics, and semiconductor industries. The main products include electroplating, electroless plating, mSAP, SAP, UBM, and specialty chemicals for 5G high-frequency processes. YMT was officially IPO in 2017 and is currently the largest supplier of specialty chemicals in Korea. Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the principles of quality assurance, technology-based development, and customer-first service, earning the trust and recognition of its clients. It is now a leading supplier of specialty chemicals for surface treatment of flexible boards, rigid-flex boards, and IC substrates.
To better serve our clients, YMT has established branches and subsidiaries in Taiwan, Shenzhen, Kunshan, Vietnam, and Zhuhai since 2013, providing high-quality technical services and promoting the sustainable development concept of localized production.
