Overview

Microbritt is a micro-manufacturing service company that manufactures novel, bespoke, microscale products using a patented micromachining method “micromilling” for companies serving the semiconductor, automotive, quantum, photonics and healthcare industries.

The company’s patented CNC micromilling technology overcomes the challenges that manufacturers face processing brittle materials. The technology is akin to 3D printing but subtractive down to microscale which allows complex shapes to be formed in a wide range of brittle materials, such as silicon and glass.

Capable of fabricating products from scratch, or postprocess products Microbritt is an ideal partner for semiconductor foundries producing high value silicon/glass wafers and microscale product manufacturers facing unique challenges.

Microbitt’s micromilling technology offers significant advantages:
