Overview

Long committed to sustainable environments and development, Juewei Corporation is a leading company devoted to developing low-carbon frame materials. Our primary focus lies in the research and development of products used in dust-free room filtration systems, creating high-value, high-performance, and environmentally friendly micro-air pollution filter frameworks. These frameworks can be customized in various sizes, specifications, and materials, offering premium filter frames and air installation solutions.

Currently, conventional filter frames commonly employ materials such as ABS, galvanized iron, aluminum, or stainless steel, secured with large amounts of PU adhesive, making them difficult to separate after use. Consequently, these filters end up being incinerated or buried as waste. Juewei, however, has developed a novel ear-hanging filter design that utilizes two filter cartridges per unit, coupled with box-type buckles. This allows for easy extraction and replacement of filter materials without the need to replace the entire module, resulting in increased installation efficiency and reduced overall weight of the filter system. Moreover, this zero-adhesive solution eliminates the waste disposal issue associated with excessive adhesive usage, significantly reducing waste processing costs for our clients.

Juewei emphasizes that the replaced filter components can be disassembled into metal frames, PU adhesive, and filter cloth. The metal frames are then sent to metal recycling facilities for proper treatment. Additionally, we have partnered with Poseidon Global to utilize thermal cracking technology for recycling the filter materials. This process significantly reduces CO2 emissions in an anaerobic environment, replacing traditional plastic waste disposal methods and increasing the rate of plastic recycling. We expect to produce environmentally friendly green energy for use in power engines, boilers, and power generators.
