Overview
The Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) was established in 1945 and currently has 2,800 member companies. With the support of successive chairpersons and members, the association has played a vital role as a bridge between the industry and the government, as well as a key driver in the development of the sector.
TAMI is further divided into 29 specialized committees based on different industry sectors. Through communication and collaboration within these committees, the association builds industry consensus, compiles and presents industry needs to the government, and unites efforts to explore overseas markets.
