Established in 1982 in Kaohsiung Taiwan, (JPE) YEAN HERN specialize in manufacturing, development & design for Tube Fitting, Valves, Tubing.     SEAT MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
    ・ PTFE
    Reinforced PTFE material, widely used in ball valveseat material, suitable for various environment and pure application. Leave less residue during use.
    Low deformation rate, have excellent performance inpressure resistance, temperature resistance andchemical corrosion resistance.
    ・ PEEK
    Excellent seat material for high pressure and hightemperature applications. Excellent chemical resistance.
    Can be used continuously in hot water or steam withoutpermanent loss in physical properties. High tolerance forhostile environment and high pressure.

  • JPE Instrument Tube Fittings provide a leak-proof, torque-free seal at all tube
    connections and eliminate costly, hazardous leaks in instrumentation and process tube.
    All the action in the fitting assembling moves along the tube axially instead of with a
    rotary motion. Therefore, during installation, there will be no torque to the tube system;
    and the initial tension in tube system can be also eased. Total system design must
    assure the safety, trouble-free performance, material compatibility, adequate ratings,
    proper installation and inspected by gap gauge to assure tighten completely in first
    installation. Operation and maintenance are the responsibilities of the system designer
    and user.
    JPE Instrument Tube Fittings perform leak-proof sealing to ensure the safety of
    the instrumentation, process, and control systems. To assure reliable performance,
    JPE Instrument Tube Fittings are composed of four precision-made components:
    Nut, Back  Ferrule, Front  Ferrule, and Body. All  manufactured to  very stringent
    tolerances under rigid quality control procedures. The consistency and quality of these
    matched components have permitted their use in many difficult and severe devices.
    JPE Instrument Tube Fittings are easily installed with no special tools required.
