Serving the industry for more than 2 decades, Selling-Ware company, established in 1990 with 4 members, with its persistence and instant service, now becomes a professional distributor in the area of SEMICONDUCTOR, OPTOELECTRIC&LCD related materials and equipment provided by well-known manufacturers in Korea , Japan ,the United States, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia and mainland China

In order to get to customer with 30 minutes to resolve problems instantly, the head office is sit up in the Tai Yuan Hi-tech Industrial Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan, with branch offices in Taichung, Kaohsiung, Kunshan, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Xian. Because of our rigorous and responsible attitude, many of our suppliers have invited us to become a partner in their new plans when setting up their facilities in Taiwan and China.

• 矽菱代理半導體材料與設備 獲大廠採用 (Jul 22, 2024)

  矽菱企業投入半導體產業超過30年，持續不斷的引進先進半導體材料與設備，董事長范文穎帶領矽菱團隊，成為客戶信賴的長期合作夥伴。

  在半導體材料部分，矽菱代理HAESUNG DS封裝基板及導線架、MKE的BONDING WIRE、R-SEMICON的RUBBER TIP、ESA的MEMORY BURN-IN BOARD、INNOX的UV DICING TAPE、DIE ATTACH FILM、QFN TAPE、KCC的EMC、UNDERFILL、B-STAGE、及NTS的Pogo Pin等半導體封測材料，受到封測大廠好評與採用。

  半導體封裝設備有NEXTIN的暗場圖像缺陷檢查機、Visionsemicon的自動化電漿清洗機及烤箱、Intekplus的自動化電漿清洗機及烤箱、CNI的EMI-Shielding濺鍍設備、Laserssel的Laser reflow system及2D Probe bonder system。NEXTIN暗場圖像缺陷檢查機已獲得大陸多家晶圓廠認證及使用。今年起推廣政美應用的Wafer AOI設備，已獲兩岸先進封裝廠認證使用。

  在第三代半導體SiC / GaN wafer新市場領域，矽菱引進德國Suragus非接觸式電阻檢測設備、美國Revasum的碳化矽研磨設備、日本Lazin非接觸式表面缺陷檢測，匈牙利PHYS PL結晶缺陷設備，可加速台灣化合物領域的發展。

  矽菱獨家代理Jiwoo安全鎖固裝置，積極推向半導體工廠，過去2年多廣泛獲得面板大廠使用，舉凡SiH4、PH3、NH3、Cl2、NF3等特氣氣櫃，均可見到Jiwoo安全鎖固裝置的足跡。洩漏事故大多來自振動，振動普遍存在各種設備，也可能來自流體的脈動。振動會造成螺栓和螺母逐漸鬆開，加速彼此間的鬆動，導致洩漏，甚至工安事件。這個為管閥件設計的全方位防漏方案，提高管閥件原有鎖固系統的安全性，100%防止發生洩漏事故。

  韓國三星電子、SK海力士等半導大體廠及面板廠LG，多年前已全面使用安全鎖固裝置。此乃肇因於過去韓國半導體與面板廠每年發生許多或大或小的工安事件，造成設備損壞甚至人員傷亡。安全鎖固裝置應運而生，以安全鎖固的功能，保護設備及人身安全，避免發生工安事故。

  矽菱今年獨家引進韓國Snow長效型Rubber Pad（MRC），用於FT測試站，多種Contact Particle可對應不同測試要求，比傳統Rubber Pad壽命更長、阻抗更小，適用高頻或大電流IC，包括CPU、GPU、 AI、MPU、 DDR、LPDDR、MCP及FPGA等。Contact顆粒（MBP）獲得美國多項技術專利。Snow的BGA solder pad，pitch從0.3mm到1.0mm，Rubber厚度0.4mm至2.0mm，解決方案受到晶片設計大廠關注採用。
