Established in 1997, AsiaICMP is composed of Chemical Mechanical Polishing/Planarization and supply system development experts from ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taiwan) business incubators team for CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing/Planarization) orientation at the Start-up Stage. Highlighting its "Smart-Controlled Dream Factory" innovations, the company demonstrated the automated 300L chemical barrel system. This system, featuring automated lid opening and liquid extraction processes, significantly enhances safety, precision, and efficiency in production. ASIAICMP’s smart factory solutions not only boost operational efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing but also set new standards in data precision and operational control, earning high acclaim from the industry.

    Additionally, in July this year, ASIAICMP completed the construction of two new buildings in the Siwei Park of Hsinchu Industrial Zone. These new facilities will further expand ASIAICMP’s production and R&D capabilities. The newly acquired CNC machines will enhance manufacturing capabilities for pipeline system materials, such as fluid valves, quick couplings, and pipeline components, significantly strengthening the company's competitive edge in manufacturing technology.

  • NEPCON Thailand 2024, Southeast Asia’s premier electronics manufacturing exhibition, has attracted over 420 leading brands from around the globe. The event focuses on the latest assembly, measurement, and testing technologies, aiming to deliver breakthrough production solutions for participating companies. This year, ASIAICMP (亞泰半導體設備) has featured its "Smart Factory Control Technology" in the Smart Manufacturing Zone, highlighted by a keynote speech from Senior AVP Chilly Chiou (邱彥嵐 - Sr. A.V.P.) titled “smart-controlled dream factory for wafer manufacturing operational excellence in chemical smart delivery.” The presentation emphasized advanced automation solutions in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, showcasing how smart management can enhance production efficiency and precision, making it a standout highlight of the event.
    In her presentation, Chilly Chiou delved into the application of smart factory control, particularly the unmanned operation system for 300L chemical barrels.   • As the global electronics supply chain undergoes rapid restructuring, SEMICON Southeast Asia 2024, held from May 28 to 30 at MITEC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, attracted industry leaders and experts from around the world to explore the latest developments, trends, and innovations. The event, themed "Boosting Agility and Resiliency of the Global Electronics Supply Chain," highlighted the growing significance of Southeast Asia in the semiconductor industry and underscored the importance of SEMICON Southeast Asia as the region’s premier event for global electronics manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders.

    Chilly Chiou, the Senior Associate Vice President of ASIAICMP from Taiwan, delivered a keynote speech at the Taiwan Pavilion, showcasing the company's core technologies and the latest intelligent solutions in semiconductor manufacturing. "ASIAICMP's primary core products include Chemical Delivery Systems (CDS) and Slurry Delivery Systems (SDS). These systems encompass everything from equipment design and manufacturing to the installation of units within the facility, including all pipeline engineering," she stated.

    In her speech, Ms. Chiou emphasized ASIAICMP's advancements in Chemical Material Management Automation and smart control technologies, all developed in alignment with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. She highlighted ASIAICMP's Intelligent SDS, particularly the award-winning iTrident system, as one of the company's most prized innovations. The iTrident system, with its three-barrel configuration, offers parallel or serial output and features such as liquid temperature control, particle size analysis, and environmental humidity monitoring, ensuring enhanced production efficiency and stability with uninterrupted material supply.

    Ms. Chiou also pointed out the clear advantages of the iTrident system when compared to competitors, particularly in supply mode safety, operational efficiency, and equipment lifespan. "Our system design allows iTrident to provide 300 liters of slurry with just three operational cycles, significantly reducing operation frequency, extending equipment lifespan, and lowering maintenance and replacement costs," she noted.
