    T7600 have S, M, H three series, supporting a maximum of 768, 1536 and 2304 digital channels respectively. The three test heads are equipped with 6 slots, 12 slots and 18 slots respectively, which can meet the different resource allocation needs of customers and provide cost-effective solutions.

    New intruments released in 2024 , MX32 can support audio&video band ADC/DAC testing , UHC24 can support high current device power supply 24A per channel , ganged up to 576A per board , and ganged up to 576A*N per system(N is slot number) , W98K can support up to 10GHz RF testing which support WiFi 6/6E/7 , LTE/WCDMA/5G NR , BT , Nearlink, UWB .......etc modulation.

  • The T60 is a tester built on the PXIe platform. It retains the scalability and flexibility of the PXIe platform while enhancing the maintainability of the tester in factory. The standard 3U cards of the PXIe can be made compatible with the T60 through the addition of the expansion board. It is suitable for testing small chipsets, such as AD/DA,FEM,RF IoT,MCU, sensor and PMICs …… etc.

The HYCTOS software test platform with simple operation and strong stability has been released in mass production, and more than 300 chassis/ 1,500 boards have been used at customer side production.
