广州南砂晶圆技术有限公司成立于2018年9月，是一家从事碳化硅单晶材料研发，生产和销售的国家技术企业，荣获国家级专精特新“小巨人”称号，公司创业初期以山东大学多年来研发的最新技术成果为基础，同山东大学徐现刚教授团队展开全方面产学研合作。
早年在蒋民华院士的指导下，长江学者徐现刚特聘教授带领团队经多年研发，成功突破了碳化硅单晶生长及衬底制备技术，为碳化硅衬底的国产商业化良好的基础。
公司总部设在广州市南沙区，现有广州，中山，济南三大生产基地，形成碳化硅单晶炉制造，碳化硅粉料制备，碳化硅单晶生长和衬底制备等完整的生产线；公司产品以6英寸，8英寸导电型和半绝缘型碳化硅衬底为主，可视市场需求不断丰富产品线。碳化硅单晶材料作为新基建的战略性材料十分重要，公司将立足粤港澳大湾区，力争发展成为全国乃至全球驰名的碳化硅半导体材料公司。

The Silicon Carbide material growing technology comes from the Academician Jiang Minhua and Changjiang Scholar Professor Xu Xiangang and his team in Shangdong University. After years of research and development, the team has made significant breakthroughs in Silicon Carbide single crystal growth and substrate processing technology. They have built a solid foundation for the commercialization of Silicon Carbide substrate production.
The company has a complete Silicon Carbide single crystal manufacturing and process line. Main products include 6 inch and 8 inch N-type Silicon Carbide substrates and ingots.
