ZEISS Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) focuses on dedicated solutions for the mask making industry enabling the production of zero-defect photomasks. The portfolio comprises products for assessing defects on masks, repairing critical defects, verifying the repair results as well as dedicated metrology and tuning solutions. Smart software applications increase automation and enhance tool capabilities.
