Charmson Technology Limited Taiwan Branch (SAMOA), founded in Taipei in March 2012, specializes in adhesive and detergent solutions throughout Taiwan. It is the sole distributor of EPOXY TECHNOLOGY Adhesives and Sealants in the region.
The epoxy product line manufactured by EPOXY TECHNOLOGY includes thermally conductive/electrically insulated, electrically/thermally conductive, optical, UV cure and general adhesives. They are widely used in semiconductor, optical communication, medical device, automobile electronics, aviation/aerospace electrical components, military electronics and electronic assembly. They are used for bonding, packaging, sealing, coating protection, die stacking manufacture, solder replacement and heat sink. We can provide customer both two component adhesive (part A: resin, part B: hardener) for long shelf life and easy transportation and one component adhesive (premixed frozen type) for easy use.
In addition to standard product line, EPOXY TECHNOLOGY also provides custom formulation service for customer specific needs like high electrically conductive, high thermally conductive, low halogen, military standard compliant and NASA low outgassing adhesives. EPOXY TECHNOLOGY has more than 45 years of experience in manufacturing specialty adhesive.
