Functional Coating System(FCS) is a spin-off company of the Industrial Technology Research Institute(ITRI), focusing on" Parylene coating equipment customized development & provide customers with coating technology solutions". It is mainly used in semiconductor component consumables (wafer testing, CMP), biomedical PCBA, and flow sensors. It provides functional coatings that are waterproof, salt spray resistant, high voltage insulation resistant, and low dielectric loss.

          方均科技提供獨特且容易生產的奈米鍍膜解決方案，以真空化學氣相沉積CVD技術進行奈米等級有機聚合堆疊，以氣體擴散流場控制滲透至被鍍物每一個細微縫進行鍍膜包覆。

           電子產品深受水氣滲入其害，如PCBA電路板、訊號線連接端(USB)、IC元件等，方均科技奈米鍍膜能以無孔不入方式進行全方位披覆，且不影響所有外觀尺寸。
