Who we are

DediProg, founded in 2005 in Taiwan, leverages nearly 20 years of IC engineering experience to deliver high-precision test sockets for burn-in, final test, and engineering validation. Building on our foundation in IC programming socket design, we have expanded into the test socket field with a strong focus on self-developed materials and refined mechanical engineering for socket performance and durability.

Our sockets feature DediProg’s self-developed PCR material and custom-designed Pogo Pins—ensuring low contact resistance, stable signal transmission, and long-lasting reliability. These core technologies help customers worldwide improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
