With over 60 years of manufacturing heritage, Sunny Process Co., Ltd., formerly Jian Yan Precision Machinery Factory, has specialized in precision parts and mold design. Since 2003, we have expanded into high-temperature composite materials, engineering consumables, and customized fixture solutions—serving the electronics manufacturing, semiconductor processes, wafer handling, and advanced packaging industries.

We are committed to integrating materials, design, and machining technologies to address the needs of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, including high-temperature resistance, vacuum adhesion, static control, and precision alignment—delivering innovative engineering solutions that enhance process stability and production efficiency.

  1. SUNTABA® – Reusable, residue-free material with microstructure design, ideal for wafer handling, semiconductor packaging, glass substrates, and both flexible & rigid PCB manufacturing.
  2. STONONLEAD® Anti-Static, Heat-Resistant Material, for high-temperature SMT/DIP processes, electronic insulation, and static-control components.
  3. THERMOBSTRUCTOR – Heat-resistant up to 350–400°C with low thermal expansion, ideal for semiconductor heat processes, package mold insulation, and process carriers.
  4. Precision FR4 Grinding Boards & Quartz Glass – High flatness and tight tolerances for wafer testing platforms, ATE carriers, and high-precision process fixtures.
