WOWFLEX is cleanroom cable moving system designed to minimize particle emissions in strictly controlled cleanroom environments used in semiconductor and display manufacturing processes. We were the first in Korea to file a patent for our proprietary modular block assembly structure and we have since secured clean cable solution based on this unique design.
Through continuous R&D and testing, we have ensured reliability for driving distances of up to 4,800mm ST. All components used in WOWFLEX have been successfully localized and the cables are also independently designed and manufactured, enabling fully customized solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
