To date, YUWEITEK has successfully launched more than 10 inspection & metrology systems-each with independent intellectual property-across 4 application areas (Chip manufacturing, Wafer manufacturing, Reticle manufacturing and Reticle Blank manufacturing), and continue to support internationally renowned IC manufacturers.
