Features

• When using hydrogen + oxygen (mixed gas) for welding or heating, the flame temperature at the nozzle tip can reach approximately 2800°C. If the nozzle or burner is made of brass (copper), metal ions or impurities from copper may attach to the workpiece surface.

• By using stainless steel (specifically SUS316L, which is more resistant to corrosion) for both the burner and the nozzle, these disadvantages are avoided, helping to maintain the workpiece quality at a high purity level.

• The blowpipe body can be gripped by a robot for automatic heating operations (Note: the robot itself is outside the scope of manufacturing).

• Water-cooled:
  Water circulates within the burner head to prevent overheating during prolonged welding/heating operations and protects the nozzle from radiant heat. This also reduces the risk of backfire and enhances safety.

• Y-type:
  Used when simultaneous heating of two parts, such as silver brazing areas, is required to improve work efficiency. The length and angle of the Y-shaped rod can be custom-made to fit the workpiece.
