EpiValence offers a wide range of ALD/CVD precursors.
As a chemical manufacturer, we have over 200 compounds of 45 elements from the Periodic Table, with a focus on ALD/CVD precursors.
Our product range includes, but is not limitedto, metal alkoxides, metal alkylamides, metal diketonates, metal alkyls, and other functionalised derivatives.
EpiValence provides in-house R&D technical support, including molecule design, proof of concept, and scale-up. We also offer a broad range of capabilities, including dedicated production equipment. Our robust quality and management system ensures batch control and traceability, while our full analytical suite provides comprehensive testing. Additionally, we manage bubblers/ ampoules, including filling, emptying, cleaning, and repair.
