FEMTIKA provides both custom laser workstations and microfabrication services perfectly matching needs of the semiconductor industry. We specialize in microscale glass processing - from TGV holes and 3D structures to fiber alignment features - using advanced technologies such as Selective Laser Etching (SLE), Multiphoton Polymerization (MPP), and even merging these 2 technologies in 1 for Hybrid fabrication.
