In 2010, we develop new probe Materials for Memory and Logic device, NP3 / XP, which are applicable for Wafer AL pad. They have good contact ability in low probe force and also decrease the frequency of probe cleaning.
We also have advanced Vertical & MENS products for Memory DRAM / DDR / NAND-Flash which applicable for fine pitch device.
