Overview

Since established in 1996, we have been developing top level technology of Probe Card. 

We have been No.1 NAND Flash Probe card player in Korea since 2010. Now we are moving to Advanced Probe Card for DRAM, HBM and Logic device.

Based on our high level design and simulation capability and in-house MEMS Fab, we developed cutting-edged MEMS vertical probe card called LLS series.

LLS P/C is stand for Long Life Span Probe Card. This solution increases the lifespan of the probe card dramatically, increasing the maintenance cycle, which can reduce maintenance costs.
