Sic Wafer Crystal Defect Inspection System

① This system incorporates three measurement methods: DIC + photoluminescence + Raman spectroscopy.
② Raman measurement enables the detection of localised stress in the depth direction.
③ Raman measurement facilitates the evaluation of SSD and carrier concentration.

SiC 晶圓結晶缺陷檢查裝置
