It has established a comprehensive semiconductor industry cluster encompassing such critical fields as advanced process technologies, advanced packaging, materials and equipment, and smart manufacturing.

By integrating AI applications, ESG practices, and industry–academia–research collaboration, the Southern Taiwan Science Park continues to promote industrial innovation and sustainable development, with the goal of creating a world-class science park that brings together cutting-edge technology, ecological sustainability, and a highly livable environment.
