Overview
CHUNMA HI-TECH was established on 1993. CHUNMA HI-TECH produces ultra-high purity QUARTZWARE products through machining, welding,
and surface processing using quartz (quartz glass) which is a core material used in the semiconductor
manufacturing process. As micro processing technology advances, there is a need to minimize
contamination and impurities in chamber components, and we are doing our best to develop
products that are particle-free, ultra-high purity, and long-lasting.
