Orbray Corporation’s Precision Jewel Division provides precision components that leverage the unique properties of industrial gemstones—including sapphire, ruby, and diamond—as well as ceramics and composite materials. From material selection and crystal growth to cutting, grinding, polishing, precision machining, and cleaning, we apply our extensive processing expertise to the integrated development and manufacture of products requiring exceptional precision and reliability.
For semiconductor applications, our product portfolio includes single-crystal sapphire substrates, various sapphire components, tubes, containers, and setters for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as bonding tools and capillaries used in wire bonding and dispenser nozzles for the precise application of liquids. We also develop LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) products, formed by laminating and firing multiple ceramic layers, to meet the needs of electronic components, high-frequency devices, and compact electronic devices.
