  • MTS-8400  is a 21th century state-of-art "Smart Factory 4.0" ready Robotic RF Test Sytem.  It can be configure to support 4 different type of DUT and test up to 32 DUT simultaneously.  UPH can be achievable up to 1400 with only 1 RF tester.  With advanced CCD camera barcode scanning, it eliminate manpower handling.  Power consumption is as low as 900W per test system and small footprint of less than 2 SQM.

  • XY RF Module Test System is designed based on customer ROI in mind.  The UPH is up to 1800.  The enhanced mechanism ranging from "Input / Output Feeder", "Module Suction", "Test Fixture", "RF Shielding Box", "Module Tray Conveyor", "Module Tray Gripper", "Tray Sorter" are customizable.

    Isolation of the RF Shielding Box >80dB with combination of both antenna coupler and RF pogo pins are achievable inside the test fixture.  The test fixture can support up to 4 different devices and replacement of test fixture is easily changable.

    The MP5000CL contains high quality VSA & VSG to provide a complete and versatile test environment.  A highly integrated GUI is both intuitive and user-friendly which can run simple test of Wi-Fi / Bluetooth signal within few clicks.  Supported measurement items include EVM, Power, Frequency Error, IQ imbalance, 20dB Bandwidth, FM Demodulator Output, etc.

    The MP5000CL comes fully programmed test waveforms for Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac & Bluetooth V1.x/2.x/3.x/4.x BLE which allows immediate testing for DUTs.  Moreover, a built-in waveform generator utility let users being to establish arbitrary Wi-Fi / Bluetooth testing signals.  Automatic mass production turnkey software is also available upon request.
