  • NSW has recently announced the release of SynchroPULSE - 'All New Solder Paste Micro-volume Dispensing Solutions' which has consisted of several new breakthrough technologies for supporting today's microelectronics devices and miniaturized manufacturing market. The smallest achievable dispensed size that able to create via this technolgy is down to 80um dot size in diameter and 60um line width by using a Type-5 Solder Paste.

    The new NSW's dispensing technologies are impressed with the unique design of dispensing pump's system with it's 'Microelectronic-Squeezing' capabilities and a lot of great handler's platform features that able to support some very tiny dispensing task. In Solder Paste dispensing application, the system able to deliver the paste transferred from a standard syringe out from the special designed needle tip with any dispensed form like dots, line, curve, arc...etc.
