  • The 4mm Ultra High Density Reed Relay product family consists of three Series.

    All 4mm Reed Relays feature:

    • Stack on a tiny 4mm x 4mm PCB footprint
    • 1 Form A (SPST N.O.)
    • Pitch compatiable with 2mm sockets
    • 100% tested for dynamic contact resistance for guaranteed performance

    Series 120

    • Switch up to 1 Amp, 20 Watts
    • Choice of 3, 5 and 12 Volt coils
    • Profile height of 15.5mm (0.61 inches)

    Series 122

    • Switch at to 0.5 Amp, 10 Watts
    • Choice of 3 and 5 Volt coils
    • Profile height of 12.5mm (0.492 inches)

    Series 124

    • Switch at to 0.5 Amp, 5 Watts
    • Choice of 3 and 5 Volt coils
    • Profile height of 9.5mm (0.375 inches)
  • High Voltage Reed Relays
    Pickering Reed Relays for high voltage applications can stand-off from 1kV to 15kV and switching 500V to 12.5kV at up to 50W. Available with PCB pins, chassis or PCB mounting & flying leads for HV connections....

  • Pickering's High Voltage Reed Relay ranges consist of five Series:

    Series 119

    • Pickering's smallest SIP reed relay for up to 3kV.
    • 1 Form A or 2 Form A (energize to make) or 1 Form B (energize to break) configurations.
    • 3, 5 and 12 Volt coils are standard, with or without internal diode.
    • Ideal for Cable Testers, Mixed signal testers or other applications where High Voltage capability is required.
    • Internal mu-metal magnetic screen allows high packing density without magnetic interaction.

    Series 104

    • Mini-SIP reed relay for up to 3kV.
    • 1 Form A or 2 Form A (energize to make) or 1 Form B (energize to break) configurations.
    • 5, 12 and 24 Volt coils are standard, with or without internal diode.
    • Ideal for Transformer or cable testing or any other automatic test equipment where high voltages are involved.
    • Internal mu-metal magnetic screen allows high packing density without magnetic interaction.

    Series 67 & 68

    • SIP reed relay for up to 10kV.
    • Easy mounting with pins in a single-in-line (SIP) format with option of flying leads.
    • Robust tungsten plated contacts.
    • Option of internal diode across the coil connections.
    • Internal mu-metal magnetic screen allows high packing density without magnetic interaction.

    Series 62 & 63

    • Reed relays for up to 15kV.
    • Series 62 - chassis mounting with push-on connections on the top face.
    • Series 63 - PCB mounting with push-on high voltage connections on the top face.
    • Tungsted plated contacts ensure a long and reliable life.
    • Form A and Form B available - also possible to achieve Form C (changeover) by using Form A and Form B types together.

    Series 60 & 65

    • Reed relays for up to 15kV.
    • Series 60 - chassis mounting with solder connections on the top face.
    • Series 63 - PCB mounting.
    • Tungsted plated contacts ensure a long and reliable life.
    • Form A and Form B available - also possible to achieve Form C (changeover) by using Form A and Form B types together.
