    KES, a global leader in burn-in and test solutions for wafers, packages and modules with automation handling, announced the launch of its latest system level test handler for modules, Tiger. The new handler performs digital and analog testing. This highly versatile system is designed for engineering and high volume production, can be configured with single or multiple test sites. Tiger is capable to place small devices with easy change-kit installation for a variety of devices. With exclusive pre-set features, it ensures controlled insertion force preventing damages to device under test. 
     
     
    The Company is displaying its latest vertical test probe head, Mongoose with easy replaceable probe. Mongoose is designed with flexibility for multi-configurations, utilizing proprietary multi-layer ceramic applications to achieve optimum electrical performance. 
     
     
    Also, the Company launches KX5, the next generation burn-in and test system, designed for automotive, microcontroller, and IoT markets. KX5 is the most cost-effective solution up to 20W.  KX5 can adapt to fit many different burn-in board sizes and custom designed boards at almost any form factor.
