QuickPRO-3DTM is designed for the shop floor, in-line-production QA/QC assessments. Its chromatic confocal single point and line scan sensor measures topography and film thickness. It is a high-speed, mid-range accuracy (150nm), economic surface profiler for Semiconductor (bump bond step heights), Optics (asphere, freeform, diamond turned molds), MEMS, and Life Science (micro-fluidic cells) markets, to name examples.

    QuickPRO-3D™ is a compact (Bench-Top) non-contact metrology system designed from the ground-up for high-accuracy at high-speed measurement, on the production line or shop floor, of surface topography and transparent film thickness....


    QuickPRO-3D™ core measurement technology is based on high-bandwidth chromatic confocal white light sensing with motion provided by high-force linear motors and nanometer precision optical encoders. A solid granite platform with integrated temperature sensing provides the requisite structural and thermal stability needed to achieve the guaranteed 150nm Z-axis measurement accuracy and sub-micron X/Y-axis position accuracy.
