  • i-DR S400H series advanced-level dispenser platform is perfectly designed for various of electronics miniaturize-devices packaging needs. The system built with full enclosed covers onto a solid granite base enable extremely stable operations and high performance not only in speed but also the overall accuracies.

    The i-DR S400H reserve a large working platform supporting a wide range of product’s sizes up to 330mm width x 360mm depth with superior excellent dispensing levelness control down to 20μm or better which is perfectly work well for micro-volume dispensing applications or critical process like Wafer-level Packaging (WLP) etc. Besides these, the system can also be configurated with some optional features like closed-loop dispense weight control, non-contact height scanning function, board’s mapping function etc to reduce process variation, increase overall productivity and yield.

         The i-DR A252 equipped with dual motorized  pump heads driven by individual axis.
