  • The National Engineering Laboratory for Polysilicon Manufacturing Technology is the ONLY state-level laboratory in polysilicon industry and approved to establish by National Development and Reform Commission in Dec, 2008. The Lab is located in Luoyang China Silicon Corporation Limited and passed the acceptance on August 10, 2012 with total investment of 236 million RMB and more than 200 outstanding scientific researchers. The projects of National 863 Program, National Science and Technology Support Plan and Electronic Information Technology Development Fund have been completed and acceptance in the laboratory, as well as has won more than 30 important honors such as the second National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology and the Gold Medal of Chinese Patent Awards etc. The laboratory is adhering to the mission of cooperation, innovation and serving national silicon industry to build into a high level technology center for process, equipment, engineering and analytical testing, and also an important base of cultivating R&D excellent talents and emerging excellent research achievement

  •         SINOSICO has established a set of complete quality control system from IQC, IPQC, FQC to OQC according to ISO9000 as the benchmark framework combining with ISO17025 and IATF16949. With 15-years experience in distillation and purification, SINOSICO carries out online SPC control for key process parameters to ensure the stability of the production and quality. Relying on the advanced testing equipment of National Engineering Laboratory for Polysilicon Manufacturing Technology, the product is analyzed with 4 levels by LIMS system and SQC control to ensure the stability of product quality. In accordance with the requirements of the semiconductor industry, the company has built an automatic filling, cleaning,  container management system, standardized operation process, and successfully transferred the high purity quality attributes to customers.

  • Electronic-grade Polysilicon
    Electronic grade polysilicon is the highest quality polysilicon product, which is the key material of semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) industry chain....

  •          SINOSICO adopts the technology of "cascade separation and dynamic circulation" to purify the raw materials, and upgrade the process pipeline, control system, CVD reaction device and operating environment. Currently, SINOSICO has an electronic FZ polysilicon production line with capacity of 100t/a and CZ polysilicon production line with capactiy of 1000t/a. The product specs meet the requirements of customers. 
  • High Purity Silicon Tetrachloride
    SINOSICO has successfully produced OVD, VAD, PCVD and electronic-grade STC via reaction distillation and absorption using co-product STC of polysilicon manufacturing system....

    1. OVD and VAD STC are used to prepare optical fiber preform clad and core layers. So far SINOSICO has a stable production line with capacity of 10,000 tons/a .
    2. PCVD STC is applied to fabricate the core layer of optical fiber preform. SINOSICO has a quality stable production line with capacity of 100 tons/a.

    3. Electronic grade STC is used in the semiconductor epi wafer and the lower content of Ⅲ-Ⅴimpurities compared with the other STC products. SINOSICO has a stable production line of 100 tons/a and the products meet customer requirements.

  • High-purity Trichlorosilane
    High-purity Trichlorosilane (TCS) is the most important raw material for the production of solar and electronic grade polysilicon, and is widely used for the deposition of epitaxial silicon layers on silicon wafers in semiconductor produciton....

  • The high purity TCS is deeply purified by adsorption and reactive distillation purificaiton technology with large-scale production capacity of 1000tons/a.
