  • QVGA and VGA SWIR camera with dual-response mode HDR & High sensitivity (120dB). The high dynamic range of more than 120dB with the logarithmic response is also available and can be switched to the linear mode by software to get a high sensitive SWIR camera. High QE >70%

    The WiDy SenS 640 is the best trade-off on market with VGA resolution. This camera version integrates the NIT InGaAs sensor NSC1601 which is a 640x512pixel@15um, operating in the 900-1700nm range (SWIR) at a max full frame rate of 230 FPS, and higher sub-frame rates (up to 10KHz). The cameras are available in Compact and Embedded image processing versions with various interfaces: USB 3.0, CameraLink, GigE, Analog and SDI interface (GUI & SDK compatibility).
