Jabil Precision Automation Solutions is a full-service integrator that designs, manufactures, and services wafer and substrate handling solutions for semiconductor and solar industries. Jabil Chad Automation''s WaferMate wafer loading systems feature our robust PC-Based WaferWare software designed to handle 2" - 12" wafers. The workcells are CE, S2, and S8 compliant, as well as SMEMA compliant to facilitate interfacing with Wafer Level Packaging equipment.

Our WaferMate™ Series Wafer Handling platforms handle a variety of substrates including thin, warped, grooved, perforated, glass wafers, reticles, and film frames. We deliver wafer handling solutions from basic sub-systems to full turnkey automation systems, from front-end modules (EFEM) to entire tool platforms, customized to meet the OEM''s or End User''s exact requirements.
