Utilizing advances in fiber optics and laser based metrologies, the Steady State Thermoreflectance-Fiber (SSTR-F) all in one microscope provides high throughput turn-key thermal conductivity testing of length scales ranging from atomic interfaces up to tens of microns thick, as well as bulk materials. Laser Thermal Analysis also offers testing for those interested in small batch or one time measurement services.
