Welcome to NPF. We produce Aluminum Raised Flooring System.

NPF is located in Bosisio Parini (Lecco - Italy). We are a private Italian owned company, leaders in the production of specific ready-to-use aluminum die casting. 

We have over 60 years of experience, 5 production units in Europe, more than 55.000 sqm, 35 die casting presses, a production in excess of 8 million pieces across various markets, such as: Raised flooring system, electric engines, lighting, gear boxes, alternators, electrical generators, hydraulic pumps......... 

Thanks to an in-depth experience with the Cleanrooms clients for aluminum raised flooring systems, we renewed our range of products to comply with increased performances for ever more demanding applications: ALU 10, ALU 20 ALU 30 for European and Far East markets and ALU 24” for the American one. 

We can offer more performing, price competitive, “Made and designed in Italy” products, developed specifically for industries dedicated to microelectronics, semiconductors, nanotechnologies, and data centers. 

Our production process is located on one site, and we have installed new production lines, which gives us a short lead time production.

  • The raised flooring system "Clean & Heavy Duty system" was created in compliance with the strict quality requirements of indoor controlled environments. Specifically, according to UNI EN ISO 14644-1, through to ISO 1. The specifications of ALU series panels used by this system, such as load capacity, corrosion resistance, condensable volatile material emission levels, make it a precious tool that can be used also where chemical process are involved and in sterile cleanrooms.

    The panels are aluminium diecast, with standard sizes of 600 x 600 x 50 (height) and 24" x 24" x 1.89" (height) for the American market. They offer high resistance and high load capacity.

    The panels are installed on specific modular support structures, with elevation heights that vary from 150 to 2000 mm and beyond.

    The panels for this structure are available with different finishings, both for the upper side and lower one. You can choose a conductive epoxy powder coating for both sides.

    The upper ALU panels can be coated with any product desired by the client or recommended by the firm; ranging from conductive PVCs to static-dissipative to laminated. The specifications of these aluminium die cast panels are given by the material itself; non magnetic, high load capacity, durable and highly conductive (current).

    The ALU series panels are specifically designed for air conduction in order to guarantee high levels of air purity within the classified area. They are designed to be perforated, holes or grates, in order to modulate airflow according to requirements.

    The support structure of the raised flooring panels is made of pedestals that can carry an axial weight load in excess of 5.000 Kg. They are designed with a square base, a head, a threaded bar, an adjustment nut, a diecast aluminium compass, and an aluminium spacer tubes.

    In specific cases, in order to strengthen the structure and comply to specific seismic regulations, we can add aluminium stringer and diagonals.

    The support structure can be finished with an epoxy coating that is highly conductive and resistant to chemicals.

    In order to interrupt the contact between the flooring and its structure hence reducing vibrations, the heads are equipped with a conductive PVC absorbing gasket.

  • SOLID PANEL

    This panel is 600 x 600 mm and 24" x 24", and 50 mm thick (which includes the conductive PVC), with a coating of 2 mm thickness, and a maximum deformation of 2 mm, during full load.

    It is produced by high pressure die casting of an aluminium alloy, thanks to an advanced concept die matrix.

    The panel is mainly made of solid plates, with inferior stiffner ribs, symmetrically positioned on the panel’s surface. The thickness and height vary in order to guarantee higher resistance and appropriate load distribution. Each panel is finished on site using computerised numerical control (CNC) machine-driven equipment.

    PERFORATED PANEL

    This panel is developed from the Solid panel, so it has the same specifications, with the addition of  512 or 1024 holes for the aeraulic flow, that cover 10% or more than 20% of the free area of the entire surface. 

    The perforated panel can be equipped with air damper.

    GRATED PANEL

    Our Italian designed grating panel is 600 x 600 mm, with a maximum finished thickness of 50 mm. It is produced by high pressure die casting of an aluminium alloy.

    The advanced concept matrix produces a ribbed panel. These ribs have different heights and thicknesses in order to create a reticular structure that ensures higher resistance and load capacity specifi cations.

    The die casting procedure is standardised and in accordance with ISO UNI EN 9001=2015 total quality specifications.

    The ribbed layout produces 526 chamfered holes, with a maximum size of 35 x 16 mm, equal to 55% of the free area of the entire area, for the aeraulic flow. The groups of holes will be aligned perpendicularly and according to the 25 main quadrants of the panel.
