    Easily deploy your analytics to private or public cloud infrastructure and thousands of assets with one click (including Web APIs to ingest and send data to and from data historians)....


    With PAICe Monitor, Tignis customers choose which analytics to run continuously in the cloud and which to run locally. When analytics are pushed to PAICe Monitor, they run automatically when new data is received. The results of the analytics, whether derived signals or alerts, can then be pushed back into the data historian or BI application of your choice.

    Connecting data sources to PAICe Monitor is easy. PAICe Monitor has out-of-the-box connectors for common data historians such as OSI PI. Connecting just requires your historian server credentials and an available endpoint. For custom or proprietary data historians, Tignis offers an API for sending and receiving data. Custom connectors can be built yourself or the Tignis professional services team can build them for you.

    PAICe Monitor cloud computing resources scale with your analytics needs. Cloud compute resources are sold in packages that are monitored by Tignis. If more analytics are created and more resources are needed, those resources are automatically added for you. If fewer resources are needed, they are scaled down. This way Tignis customers pay for exactly what they need and nothing more.

    Deploys and manages Machine Learning based control algorithms that improve over time with more data. ML models compute control variables at speed one million times faster than legacy physics-based simulations, allowing real time computation of control....


    Tignis PAICe Maker uses a hub and spoke architecture to optimize process control, making AI process control both attainable and cost-effective for many manufacturers. Lightweight control algorithms are deployed on the edge to control process parameters in real time resulting in low latency feedback to your manufacturing process. Subsequently, process data is fed into Tignis’ centralized learning and retraining platform, allowing for the continuous improvement of your control algorithm.

    Tignis’ PAICe Maker product replaces legacy simulations (i.e., FEA or FEM) in your manufacturing process, drastically reducing the time and compute needed to calculate multidimensional critical inputs to your manufacturing equipment.

    When compared to legacy simulations, Tignis' simulations run millions of times faster on the same hardware, allowing process engineers to explore tens of thousands of manufacturing scenarios in less than a second. Ultimately, Tignis allows for the selection of the best control parameters for each manufacturing run or batch.

    Tignis utilizes real-time sensor and quality control data from your manufacturing process to reinforce our AI processes control solution. Over time, Tignis' solution learns the nuances of your equipment, configuration, and processes in order to develop the best control algorithm for your manufacturing line. In addition, Tignis PAICe Maker will adapt to process changes over the life of the facility. As equipment wears over its life, suppliers change, or processes are updated, Tignis PAICe Maker learns and updates process configurations in order to maintain the highest possible yield, quality and throughput.
