Barnett Technical Services is a Distributor for a range of products in the semiconductor industry.

Attolight manufactures the world's leading cathodoluminescence (CL) tools fro compound semiconductor characterization.  The Santis 300 performs CL measurements on wafers (up to 300 mm).  The Allalin/Chronos products provide high-performance CL measurements for an R&D setting, and the Monch product is a CL add-on for STEM systems.

Nanoro Super-Resolution Microscope - benchtop microscope that allows for full-color imaging of IC circuits with resolutions better than 100 nm.  

Micro Support Micromanipulators - benchtop system for precise microsampling with a range of sampling tools including probes, knives, scrapers, micro-tweezers, and electrical probes.  These systems are best used for both Failure Analysis as well as R&D applications.

Ostec Raman and XRF systems allow for the chemical speciation of a sample surface.
